Who We Are

This website is operated by Ortho Flow Recovery, a post-operative recovery equipment rental service serving Miami-Dade and Broward counties, Florida. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Ortho Flow Recovery.

We take the privacy of everyone who contacts us seriously. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and with whom we share it.

What Information We Collect

Information You Give Us Through Our Forms

This site has two inquiry forms. Both are intentionally limited to contact information only, consistent with our commitment not to collect Protected Health Information through web forms.

Patient equipment request form: first and last name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, a non-clinical timing selection (how soon you anticipate needing equipment), your preferred contact method (phone, text, or email), and a required checkbox to agree to receive service-related text messages (see our SMS Privacy Policy). No medical details, procedure dates, diagnoses, or insurance information are collected here.
Physician or practice inquiry form: name, phone number, and email address.

We ask visitors not to include medical information in either form. If you have specific medical or clinical information to share, please call us directly. Our forms display this notice.

Information Collected Automatically

This site does not use analytics software, tracking pixels, session recorders, or advertising networks. We do not place cookies on your device. We do not track you across other websites. We do not collect your IP address beyond what your browser and hosting infrastructure transmit automatically in the course of serving any web page.

How Your Contact Information Is Used

We use the information you submit through our forms solely to:

Respond to your equipment request or inquiry
Coordinate rental logistics with you or your referring office

We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit agreement. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your inquiry.

Third-Party Services

Formspree (Form Submissions)

Our inquiry forms are processed by Formspree, Inc. (formspree.io). When you submit a form, your submission is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to our inbox. Formspree is our only data processor in connection with this site. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We operate under Formspree's standard terms. Both form endpoints are registered to an account controlled by Ortho Flow Recovery, not by the developer.

Google Fonts (Typography)

This site uses the Inter and Playfair Display typefaces, served from Google Fonts. Google's infrastructure delivers the font files to your browser. In loading any external resource, your browser sends Google the IP address of your device and some basic browser information. We do not control what Google does with that data. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

[NOTE FOR COUNSEL: Section 10.7 of the signed agreement between Ortho Flow Recovery and Sebby IT Consulting, Corp. states that Google Fonts will be self-hosted, which would eliminate the Google Fonts network request entirely. If that migration has not yet occurred by launch, this paragraph remains accurate and should be retained. If it has occurred, replace this paragraph with a simple statement that all fonts are served from this site's own hosting.]

GitHub Pages (Hosting)

This website is hosted through GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation). GitHub receives standard server logs, including IP addresses, for all requests to this site. See GitHub's privacy statement at docs.github.com.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained in our email inbox. We do not maintain a separate database of form submissions. If you would like us to delete a submission, contact us by phone and we will do so.

Your Rights (Florida and Federal)

Florida residents may have rights under Florida law regarding access to and deletion of personal information. Contact us to make a request. We do not sell personal information, and therefore the opt-out provisions of certain state laws do not currently apply to our practices.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If our data practices change materially, we will update this page and revise the effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
